Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a business that makes $500K or more a year in profit.
  • Your company runs as an LLC or an S corp, so nearly all of that profit lands on your personal return at your top rate.
  • You leave a good part of your profit in the business to grow it, and you're still taxed on it as if you took it home.
  • Your CPA files a clean return every year, but nobody decides where your profit lands before it's earned.
  • Everything you own sits in one company, so one lawsuit could reach all of it.
  • You want the business to pass to your family cleanly one day, without probate or a big estate tax bill.
  • You'd rather have the companies, the legal documents and the handoff to your CPA done for you than learn to do it yourself.

This Is Not For:

  • Employees and individuals whose income is a W-2 paycheck.
  • Businesses making under $500K a year in profit.
  • Owners who only want someone to prepare their tax return.
  • Anyone looking for a trust scheme that promises to make taxes disappear.
  • Owners who won't run the structure properly, with separate bank accounts, written contracts and yearly minutes.

What We've Delivered

Three owners from Mark's published case studies, each paying top rates on business profit before the rebuild.

Business Owner
$115,000

$600,000 a year in profitS corp

Jay was netting about $600,000 a year in profit through the S corp his CPA set up, at a tax rate of nearly 45%. After we rebuilt how his companies were set up, he's saving $115,000 a year in taxes.

Utah$2M+ a year

A Utah dentist earning more than $2 million a year through his S corp was losing more than 41 cents of each extra dollar to tax. We cut his personal S corp income to about $110,000 and moved the rest of the profit into a corporation taxed at roughly 25%.

Multi-Million Dollar Company
21%
tax on the profit he keeps in the business, down from close to 50%
Profits over $500,000S corp

Brent's S corp had profits over $500,000, a tax rate approaching 50% and 7-figure capital trapped inside it. We rebuilt his setup with a C corporation and a new LLC, and the profit he now keeps in the business is taxed at 21%.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

Here's how Mark and his team rebuild a profitable business so more of the profit stays yours.

Mark Reviews Your Setup With You

Mark goes through your business with you one-on-one: your companies, what each one is taxed as, how you get paid, where the profit ends up and what you own.

We Design Your New Structure

Mark designs a structure judged on 3 things at once: lower taxes, protection for what you own and a clean handoff to your family. There's no cap on the design time it takes.

Our Team Forms Your Companies

Our team creates the new companies, and our legal team prepares the operating agreements, minutes and contracts and executes them with you.

We Move Your Accounts And Assets

We help you move bank accounts and assets into the new structure and check that every piece is set up correctly and stays compliant from the first day.

We Work With Your CPA

We walk your current CPA through what was built so every return gets filed the way the new setup was designed. You keep your CPA, and they know exactly what changed.

We Help Keep It Compliant

A structure only holds up if it's run properly, so we help you keep separate bank accounts, written contracts between your companies and minutes at least once a year.

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Is restructuring my business to pay less tax actually legal?+
Yes. Everything we build uses entity types any attorney or CPA would recognize: LLCs, S corporations, C corporations and irrevocable trusts. The 21% rate on corporate profit is written into the tax code for every C corporation in the country. What keeps a structure respected is how it's run, and we help you run it properly.
Do I have to replace my CPA?+
No, you can keep yours. Working with your current CPA is part of the process: we walk them through the new structure so they file each return the way it was designed.
My CPA already made me an S corp. Isn't that enough?+
For a while, it is. Mark's rule of thumb is that an S corp earns its keep between about $80,000 and $600,000 of profit per owner. Near the top of that range and past it, the S corp still passes every dollar to your personal return, so the profit you leave in the business is taxed at your top rate plus your state's.
If most of my profit stays in the business, how do I get paid?+
You still get paid. You decide what you need to live on, and if that's more than about $80,000 a year, we usually set up a small S corporation in your home state that pays you a reasonable salary plus distributions. Larger amounts can come out later through planned events, such as a share redemption or the sale of a company.
When will I actually see the savings?+
A new structure only changes the tax on profit earned after it's in place. Build yours before January 1st and all of your 2027 profit lands in it from day one, and the savings show up when those returns are filed. Wait, and you pay the old rate on another full year.
What does it cost?+
Mark's site lists the first day of the build at a starting price of $5,000. The full fee depends on the structure your business needs, and Mark quotes it up front on the strategy call, before any work starts.
Do you work with businesses in my state?+
Yes. We work with clients over video, so where your business is based doesn't matter. Part of the design is choosing the right state for each company in the structure.
What should I bring to the strategy call?+
Your most recent company and personal returns, a profit and loss for this year and your operating agreement if you can find it. If you own the company with a spouse or partner, bring them too, since any change to the structure affects them.
One Last Step

Want To See What Your Current Setup Is Costing You?

On the strategy call, Mark looks at how your companies are set up, how you pay yourself and what you own. Then he tells you plainly what he'd change, roughly what it's worth each year and what our team would handle.
